SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ORDER DISPATCH

We aim to pick and pack your orders within 3 working days of receiving your order. 

All orders placed Monday to Thursday will be processed within 5 working days.  Orders will be picked, packed and dispatched within this timeframe however there maybe some instances where postage, stock delays may cause further delays.

All other orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed within 7 working days as we cannot order stock from suppliers over the weekend or public holidays.

LOCAL PICK UP - TAMA O LE NU'U APPAREL BASE (AUCKLAND ONLY)

At check out, you do have the option of local pick up - please note we are Auckland based so only available for customers within the region.  These orders follow the same schedule as outlined above for processing and will be ready for pick up within 5-7 working days depending on when your order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email/text once order is ready for pick up.

 LATE DELIVERIES
The estimated delivery times above are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in delivery.

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Tama O Le Nu'u Apparel. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.
