REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- If you have changed your mind about a purchase and your order has already been dispatched - we will not offer any refunds or exchanges.
- Faulty items only will be refunded:
- Contact must be made with our team within ten days from date of confirmed delivery & receipt of your order
- Refund applies only to purchase value of the garment(s); shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Refund via bank account only; no cash refunds.
